Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food or beverages
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Opened or used packaging materials

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition or damaged not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery (subject to approval)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or card account.
  2. Contact your payment provider – it may take some time to post.
  3. If still unresolved, please contact us at info@t2foodpackaging.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@t2foodpackaging.com and send the item to our return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
